COVID-19 Time Series Prediction

The Artificial Neural Network (ANN) is a computer technique that uses mathematical model to represent simpler form of the biologic neural structure. It formed by many processing units and its intelligent behavior comes from iterations between these units. One application ANN for time series prediction algorithms, where network learns dependent data it able predict future values. In this work, applied in predicting number COVID-19 confirmed cases deaths also seven days Brazil, Portugal United States. From simulations possible conclude have been successfully made ANN. Overall, with specific test set had Mean Squared Error (MSE) 50% higher than random set. combination sigmoidal linear activation functions Levenberg-Marquardt training function lowest MSE all cases.
